Darksiders...

I bought this game two days ago and have spent all me spare time on it since...about 2 hours. I don't care if your a PS2/3 fanboy of GOW (Played it and loved it) this game is a blast. It might copy a few things from other games but to be honest I don't care...It just rocks. I've read there's 15 hours of game play which will equate to about 30 for me

Lots of games coming out like this..Bayonetta, Dantes Inferno, GoW3. They are fun though.

While the combat is similar to Devil May Cry, the overall design is much closer to Zelda, and they do an excellent job of copying the "enter dungeon, find weapon/accessory, use it against boss" format.

I really recommend it to anyone as a perfect Gamefly rental. It's about 15 hours for a straight run-through, and you can easily get 20 out of it if you're interested in finding everything.

Hey Zooted, could I bother you to give me a recommendation of a top 3-5 list of FPS of games that are newly out, or have been out for 6 months or so? I have barely even touched the 360 for being so busy, and I'm kinda getting the need to play some. (And Modern Warfare 2 is on the top 5 list already)

There haven't been many recent FPS I can recommend, so I'll hit you with my 2009 list:

1. Borderlands (I know you couldn't get into it)
2. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
3. Left 4 Dead 2
4. F.E.A.R 2
5. Halo 3: ODST
6. Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood

I haven't played Operation Flashpoint 2, so I can't say how good it is, but it's more of sim than anything on the list.

that is what I was told from my buddy at work that bought it - that it is like Zelda

Maybe he will let me borrow it when he is done.

MW2 is okay - but I am a BF: Bad Company fan. - and for FPS - I have been waiting for BFBC2 - to arrive http://battlefield.com/ -

BF:1943 will have to hold me over til then - picked it up for 10.49 on the PSN - FTW

Madden Arcade -Not so much
