I'd say 3-4 wins, but a marked improvement in the quality of play.
You would think that, but people said the same thing with Crist last year. He just HAD to be better than Jordan Webb. Webb left, and Crist was worse. Can Weis evaluate talent at all?

Jack Harry said KU should cancel football, a couple years removed from winning the Orange Bowl. Yeah yeah, he's a senile old man but that would be like saying West Virginia should've canceled basketball a couple years after their FInal Four because they were so bad this year. Or if Wichita State struggles for a couple years after this. Hell by comparison to KU basketball, about 98% of programs should cancel the sport.

It's been a rough few decades for Jack. He had the Royals in '85 but that's about it. Not surprising he would build up his sports fandom by putting down others.

Did you know that ISU is only 37-49 all time vs. Kansas?

To make matters worse, you have 1/2 the bowl wins and 1/3 the number of times being ranked in the final polls. Let that stew in your brain for a few moments.

Really doesn't phase me one bit how they were before Paul Rhoads. But hey do what you gotta do and live in the past.

Isn't glorious yet, but he's got it heading in that direction... Can't turn total shit into glory in even just a few years. This is the biggest fastest and strongest team he's had in Ames yet.. It's also the youngest and least experienced. He's been getting a lot better recruits.. But he should have a real good team next year assuming they play like most inexperienced teams this year. But they will probably be around 6-6 again this year.. Talent to do more, experience to do less.
