Hoz is still on a rampage. The guy could end up with a 300 average and 25 homers. Don't know what George said to him but he has taken off like a rocket. Hitting for power and average. Balls leave his bat like they were launched from bottle rockets.

There always could be a deal out there I would take, but realistically I don't think you guys could get a deal worth trading away Butler. I like the guy a lot. Not only is he underrated in the league but he is in fantasy as well. I still am expecting/hoping for a big second half for him. As it has been mentioned, a guy near or at .300 25/100 is pretty damn good. And really as the years go on I think that's probably more like 30/100. Hitting 3 categories, and that's not even counting doubles, is more than a 1 trick pony.

Again, there is always a trade worth considering, but I don't see that happening.

Coleman just destroys right handed batters. His fastball had sick sinking action this evening. That was about the biggest bright spot for tonight.

Like I've been saying all season... leaving a lockdown late weapon like Louis Coleman in Omaha was a near-criminal offense while wastes of space like JC Gutierrez dotted the MLB bullpen.

The Royals' BEST bullpen would look like this:

Holland
Davis
Crow
Collins
Baummann* (lefty specialist)
Coleman* (righty specialist)
Hochevar (mop-up)

* WIth specialists like this, it's important to use them judiciously and NOT expose them to opposite-handed hitters. I don't trust Yost to do that, but it's the way a GOOD manager would do it.

Also, Tim Collins would never be used as a lefty specialist again.
