Seriously though, sick ****ing shit. But it's Missouri so I am really not that shocked.

He was arraigned Thursday morning in Stoddard County, about 160 miles south of St. Louis, with bail set at $250,000. The former partner has tested positive for HIV, according to police.

Mangum, 36, told police that between 50 and 60 of his partners lived in Stoddard County, according to court records.
Knowingly exposing someone to HIV without their consent is a felony under Missouri law that can bring prison terms up to 15 years. Infecting someone can bring a life term.

Plenty of people on here should probably start getting tested.

What a sick individual. My dad's from right down the road from Dexter. A little farm community called Advance. Hell my uncle used to belong to the Dexter C.C. I have a lot of relatives over in those parts. None named Mangum! I find it crazy that 50 or 60 people in Stoddard County would be involved in all this internet and park sex. Big time bible belt. I would say Mr. Mangum would be better off in jail or he'll end up in a swamp.

I dunno, people do dumb things. I've been thrown in a couple different county jails for stupid shit. They have cameras on everything.

I just think if you get caught doing gay shit in prison, you should get gassed.
