Chalmers is actually a perfect guard for a team like the Heat in that he's a great defensive player and he rarely takes possessions away from LeBron/Wade (which many other PGs would do). The only thing that would make him a better fit is if he could make the 3PT shot more consistently. If the Heat really don't want him, they should trade him to improve in other areas, because its a waste to keep that kind of asset on the bench playing limited minutes.
