three young guys basically thumbing their noses at the rest of the league and actually building their own team. i mean they decided this years ago and only one team could pull it off.

Let me know what winning tradition the Heat have established. If winning was what was most important to him, he would have went to Chicago.

What exactly are people butthurt about?

You would get butthurt if you wanted LeBron on your team and he didn't go there.

I've hated LeBron for years. I don't have any hatred toward DWade. I think Bosh is just along for the ride.

What I do think is hilarious is the 3 real Heat fans that the franchise had before this all went down think that they are basically guaranteed a title and that you can pull any veterans off a list to play there and it's all magically going to come together.

There's no butthurt here.

A) I'm an unabashed Lakers fan that called LeBron a heartless frontrunner before the playoffs started (and I was proven right). Then the guy proved himself to be a self-indulgent egomaniac to boot. Just exactly how would you expect me to react to this guy bitching out and playing tagalong to D-Wade? (Oh, and we can shelf the 'took less money' stuff now that the sign/trade has gone through.

B) We suddenly have to deal with Heat "fans" that couldn't tell you a thing about that squad 3 weeks ago running their yaps as though they know shit about basketball. Yeah, I'm gonna be real conciliatory with those ****sticks.

C) Then there's the level of arrogance from the heat fans that just blows my mind. It's butthurt that I've pointed out that the Heat are undersized? Or that neither James or Wade have ever played on a team where they didn't control the ball? Or that they both occupy the same space in their game? Or that Bosh has never won a thing in his career? Deny any one of these points. It isn't 'butthurt' - it's truth.

Spare me. Nobody cared about the Heat until about 26 minutes ago. I'm disinclined to cede the title to them at this point and I'm absolutely going to call a spade a spade. LeBron doesn't have the heart of a champion. Bosh is a career loser. Wade is a great player and absolute winner that brought in a couple of tail-waggers to get him back over the top. Good for him.

The Lakers are still winning the title.

How can you hate a team that hasnt won anything since it was recently assembled. Right now, all they are is paper champs. Its just facts.

Now, the AAA hasn't sold out every game, but it's not like it's empty. They've been at over 90% attendance for years.

The Heat just Yankee-fied the NBA like the Lakers have been trying to do for years (Payton and Malone ring a bell?)

Except they landed two superstars in their prime and another incredible talent...plus a great specialist and they keep adding quality role player after quality role player...
