I haven't smoked in three weeks. I quit cold turkey. I am reading a book called the Easy Way to Quit Smoking. It's written by this brittish dude named Allen Carr. It is ****ing wonderful. It goes into the psychology of nicotine and the brainwashing of cigarettes. It doesn't go into any health effect bullshit or anything else. You can smoke when you read the book.
Get the book dude. It will blow your ****ing mind. Go to you tube and search for "Quit Smoking Advice - Allen Carr." It will give you an idea of what it's about. If you do this, you will not look at quitting the same way ever again. |

I'd gone roughly six months without so much as a puff, then had two-three while I was on a five hour binge at the roulette table over the holiday weekend this month.

I have now not had a cigarette for 9 years. Hardest thing I ever did was quit. Good luck to you.

Swiched from cigs to an e-cig in April of this year. Started at the highest nicotine level and have dropped down to the second lowest level. When I get my next bottle of juice I will be at the lowest level of nicotine you can get.
Had a few smokes here and there but have not wanted to go back. Go luck to anyone trying to quit, it's one of the toughest challenges you will face.

I quit December 31st using an e-cig. Same deal as kc lee, started st the highest level and weaned downed to no nicotine. Woke up in April and decided I didn't really need the e-cig anymore. Haven't had a single cigarette since then. I occasionally get cravings still but it's pretty rare now.
