I can't see Jenkins being cut unless these young guys just blow the top off. I could see Hemingway going before Jenkins simply cause he is hurt at the moment, but Reid will value guys who have experience in the system.

Although, now that I think about it, the last cut is going to come down between Dressler and Wilson with Harrison making the team in one of their spots.

However, you might see a surprise cut and Jenkins gets the axe instead and they keep Wilson, Dressler and Harrison.

I wouldn't be too disappointed if that happened.

Personally, I wouldn't be too disappointed if Donnie Avery got cut instead of Wilson, Dressler or Harrison.

At this point, the CB position is still in a state of flux. We really don't know anything about anyone other than Sean Smith and Cooper (and that's what we saw his rookie season). Everyone else is a big question mark. You hope that Cooper progresses from what he showed last season and hope that someone steps up, which, from this point, sounds like Parker, but having basically three guys at the position, two of which are still unknowns, is kinda scary.
Well, this Owens kid has some wheels and he was ranked 45th out of all cb's on pff.
At least we have athleticism there but there are unknowns.

Depending on what they want in defensive back depth, they might keep Gregory at safety over one of the young receivers. Or Love or Howard could be a casualty due to the fact that we run a lot of subpackages and don't really use the nose as much. They'll keep speed on special teams over a fat ass at reserve defensive tackle. Yeah, I don't see them carrying seven defensive down linemen.

Dressler is not going to make the team. He can't handle press coverage at all and would be useless in the screen game with blocking.

They kept 2 nose tackles last year and that will continue. I do hope they give Poe more of a break though in sub packages.
