I'm looking to buy a couple tickets and go to my first game this year. Whats the best way to go about this? What would be good prices and wheres the best place to find them and such?

It might be cut-throat, but its the best way to win.

Also Check out Craigslist, you can haggle w/ these people.

EDIT: Also, I dont know if this happens in KC, but in SD if you want to go to the game, if you wait until 10 min before game time, scalpers will get desperate and sell Tickets well below face value.

In SD the face value of a ticket last year was $89, and my friend who was with me at the tailgate got a ticket for the AFC Wildcard Round for $30.

I sure hope to hell anyone buying tickets off the net and paying top dollar realizes the Chiefs still have tickets and there is NO WAITING LIST anymore.

Granted,you may get to sit a little closer,but certain areas of the upper level have some great seats as well.

If the Chiefs have one of the kind of seasons i think they are going to have, you shouldnt have any problems getting decent tickets for very affordable or free in November and December.

yeah. it's worth waiting to see if the team is a 4 or 5 win team again. i had tickets to the titans game last year and i literally could not give them away.

Buy them out in front of the stadium right before the game and you should be able to get them for less than face value.

i don't know about this year, because i'm not going to any games. but i would imagine there are plenty of tickets for sale from ticketmaster, since they suck.

if not, ebay is usually the best bet.

I got my ticket to the season opener last year off ticketmaster. One month before the game. Lower level, 30-yard line. Great seat. $92.
