Best Acting in a TV Scene
It seems to me that the acting quality has really picked up in some of these TV series. Post up scenes that have the best acting.

My nomination is when Arya leaves the Hound in Game of Thrones. Shouldn't need a spoiler, but I'll put it in one anyway.

If we're going to say Game of Thrones I think the most impressive performance was Charles Dance's first scene delivering a riveting speech while simultaneously gutting a stag which is logistically like, impossible in my mind and he nailed it with ease.

If we're saying True Detective then I'm going with the interrogation scene where Rust plays good cop bad cop himself and in the end tells that woman to kill herself.

If we're saying House of Cards....I mean pick any scene involving Kevin Spacey.

Pretty much agree. TV has the luxury of hours and hours of plot and character development while a movie has to have everything wrapped up in an hour and a half or so.

I think my scene was incredibly well acted. It's not as exciting or impactful as some of the other ones, but my God, you could almost FEEL the pain.

Not at all. I know quite a few people who just weren't really into the show and also a lot who loved it. I would catch the occasional episodes while sitting in the living room and eating dinner along side my housemates, but I never felt inclined to watch it on my own. It had its moments but there was too much of the "good God this character is stupid" for me to get into it.
