I would, I just don't know where to procure the stuff without getting arrested here in KC. Guess I could travel to CO for the weekend.

Just took 1 about 30 mins ago. Ready to get some sleep. Looks like taking one at bedtime has much better effects as opposed to accidentally taking one in the morning.
Goodnight, my friends. |

Hey Smoke. I suggest this with all sincerity.
My mind races sometime when I try and sleep. I found that if I find one of those squigglies that you see when your eyes are closed, and concentrate on that (follow it around, try to stop it, etc) your mind will clear and you will be asleep in no time. Give it a try. Something else I did was put a nice 55 gallon fish tank in my bedroom. I bought a 12 inch bar lighting system for it with random color light changes that I pointed towards a black shale wall I build in the back. I added 12 inch bar aerator and that just tops it off. It' beautiful, memorizing and the fish swimming is very calming. I call it the Fish Grotto. My total cost on that was around $300 and I have two Fancy Goldfish. Very graceful swimmers with long flowing tail fins. Can you fall asleep with the TV on? I will sometimes put the Military Channel on pretty low. The mundane narration does he trick. Just a few honest suggestions that work for me. The squiggly line one works the best. Chicks dig the aquarium. |
