This is an interesting matchup. Lee is probably one of the few competitors who is actually faster than Batman. But is he more cunning?

Lee's body is the ultimate weapon.

It's not like Batman is covered in impenetrable armor.

I labored over the decision for a minute or two but I have to go with Batman. He's well rounded in martial arts and has all of his gadgets to bail him outta trouble. If it was a no-gadget zone, Lee would kill him.

Batman's advantage is less about gadgets and more about preparation. He would know how to exploit every weakness in Lee's approach and he would not fight remotely fair. Bats takes this one.
