I mentioned him before you did, but as a backup. He played wellthat 69 season as a backup, after Lenny retired, Mike didn't and couldn't do crap with the team we had. BTA, neither could anybody else.

Green is far and away the best I've seen.
Montana was better, in his prime, but Green has been better in a Chiefs uniform. |

No argument here, you could use any pre-2000 Chiefs defense and we would have won it all last season. |

I've been watching the Chiefs since 1965. Here's my humble opinion. We'll just talk guys who started at least a game or two and ignore the career backups:
Great Chiefs QBs: Dawson and Montana. Good Chiefs QBs: Green, DeBerg, Kreig, Gannon. Mediocre Chiefs QBs: Livingston, Bono, Jaworksi. Crappy Chiefs QBs: Fuller, Grbac, Kenney, Moon, Pelleur. Total Waste of Flesh: Blackledge. My highly opinionated Chiefs page is here: http://www.georgeblowfish.com/chiefsmain.html |

Question for you old timers on the board. So who were our QB's from like the mid 1970's to the early 1980's? I dont remember them, I guess i was too young then.

Bill Kenney went from 79 to 88, then your boy Steve came in. Before that I think mizzou is right it was Livingston and Fuller. I can't remember who Kenneys backup was.
