Rod Smith comments on "Home of the Chieeeefs"!
I'm watching NFL network and they are showing NFL presents tonight, just little 10-15 minute clips on several different topics.

This one was about feelings players and coaches have right before kickoff.

Rod Smith says "were in Kansas city and right at the end of the national anthem where they say home of the brave, 75,000 all at once instead, say Home of the Chiefs. The first time I heard that it scared the crap out of me. I thought oh shit, they're gonna jump us.
Ever since then I look forward to hearing that when we play there.

Rod Smith went to Missouri Southern State College, now known as Missouri Southern State University, how do i know, i used to go there, they had a nice painting of him the athletic dept. and a jersey etc, pretty cool.

When did you go there I went there from 91 to 96 Econ and Fin major.

I know several people that know him and all claim he is a dick. My wife had one of his kids in her TLC class. that is a class where they are taken our of their regular classes and put into a class to readjust Transitional Learning Center

I went there for about a year and half, probably fall of 2000 to spring of 2001. I left joplin shortly after that cause I found a school i could go to that was closer to home. I went with a friend there originally. I liked the school alot and the price wasn't bad at all to go there. I was just able to come back home and save more money. It annoyed me though alot of stlouis fans around that time down there.
