first order of business...

decide who the NFL will have as it's official sponsor for soft drinks.

then move on to Pizza.

one play at a time, one sponsorship at a time.

The owners are richer than ever. That is their only concern. NFL is a business. These owners own businesses. They are in business to make money. Goodell has made them richer. Simple really.

At the end of the day Goodell works for the owners, not the fans, not the players. If he got extended then he is making the owners happy with his performance. As long as he does that he will continue to work and get paid.

It will be worth 200 million if the he meets "incentives" that I assume are tied to the earnings/growth of the NFL during that time period.

He has been great for the owners so far. I bet he will collect every penny of that contract.

It's actually so sad. This guy has been a consistently epic ****-up time and time again. These owners are some ridiculously lazy billionaires.

It's just good to see a guy get a long term deal; knowing he's gonna be able to provide for his family for years to come.

These commissioner's careers are so short and can be over at any time.

Rozelle was never the same after pulling that hammy at the 1974 draft.

Since his deal is incentive based you can bet only teams with star players have shot.

Even ol Jerruh knows Roger is good at bringing in bags of money, which is ultimately the only thing they give a shit about in the end.
