"Due dilligence". Sounds like you are buying Howie Roseman's bullshit.

The Rooney Rule simply requires that you interview at least one minority candidate during the interview process.

The Eagles have already satisfied the Rooney Rule by interviewing Keith Armstrong and Lovie Smith.

The fact you can't find a HC has nothing to do with "due dilligence" or the Rooney Rule requirement (which the Eagles have already satisfied).

It has everything to do with the fact Howie Roseman is a disaster and no one wants to work for him.

In his defense, you sort of are buying Roseman's bullshit. He's an absolute moron. It makes perfect sense that a lot of coaches would be fearful of working with him. Lurie's refusal to clean house is going to set this franchise back even further than it already is.
