KC's defense is playing very well, but they aren't even the best in the league. I don't get how anyone can act like KC is such a sure thing against Denver when lesser offenses have been able to move the ball on us.

I'm not saying Denver will never be stopped, or that KC won't be the team that does it. But if this is the collision of the immovable object and the unstoppable force, Denver has looked more unstoppable than KC has looked immovable.

Don't disagree, the game is officiated to their advantage already, and their Passing offense may be historic good- our D at this point, no.

But, as the season progresses, offenses don't have the same luxury of ideal conditions, unless your a dome team. Peyton has never been a great cold bad weather guy, not that he's incapable and he's still him, but this tale has played itself out before. Another reason why Aaron Rodgers is a freak- his numbers in bad weather and below freezing games are mind blowing.

BINGO !!

Denver's offense IS a juggernaut contrary to some opinions and Manning only gets better with his WR's over time. I mean hell, Dal goes up 14-0 and sucking half of the 1st qrt down after the 1st possession by Dal and Manning didn't bat an eye and next thing you know by mid 2nd qrt they are up 21-17.

Our D and special teams,Succopp are legit but we can't keep relying on them more and more every week as our offense continues to stall in the redzone. Succopp making 4 FGs is a double edge sword and only costs us in the long run. Alex and our offense scares no one. We have to sustain drives with 2/3rds being TDs in the redzone and that is not happening right now. Only way you beat Manning is keeping him on the sideline and you do that with sustained drives eating the clock up and scoring TDs otherwise he eventually shreds our 2ndary because as much as I like how our D has vastly improved the pass rush but I don't see our front 7 getting to him in 1.5 to 2secs which is how quickly he gets rid of the ball on average. Oh and did you notice how well Chris Clark handled D Ware today ??

I love all the improvements and winning for our Chiefs and all the fan excitement but let's not get ahead of ourselves

For me it's deja vu of early 90's Chiefs football all Great Defense and very little offense. Andy will hopefully change the other half and get this offense ticking consistently.

Is it safe to assume that you meant 2003 chiefs defense? As I recall the 2005 defense wasn't terrible by any means. The 2003 defense was the one that couldn't force manning and the Colts to punt in that playoff game.

EXACTLY. That game looked just like 2003 Chiefs Vs. Colts in the playoffs.

Any Bronco fan saying they aren't worried about that defense is kidding themselves. 2013 Broncos = 2003 Chiefs

Start a thread to pimp some Mexican real estate. It will probably get stickied.

They didn't get good pressure on Romo. That's pretty much it.

A lot of the big plays shouldn't have happened. With even moderate pressure Romo doesn't get those passes off. This game reminded me a bit of their playoff loss to the Ravens last year. Except that, at the very end, they did get pressure. In back to back plays Romo was sacked then hurried by pressure up the middle into a bad decision. So Our DC has some film to watch and work to do. The good news for us is that they pulled this one out, we play the Jags next, then get Von Miller back after a bye.

Or not miss tackles.

So it might be easier to list what they did that would be considered above a D grade? I'd love to hear, and I'm not even being strict- just C level work.

Oh but guess what, when you're 25th - THAT IS THE VERY ****ING DEFINITION OF "D" LEVEL IN THE AGGREGATE!
