Back when the Chiefs were winning with Matt Cassel in 2010 (distinctly, the first half), I made a lot of posts talking about how they were winning in spite of Cassel.

Alex Smith is gonna need to:

1. Throw for at least 215 yards a game
2. Convert the majority of his manageable third down attempts
3. Not do jaw-droppingly dumb stuff
4. Chuck in at least one elite throw every game
