FPS games sell well and they don't have to preemptively slash prices in order to raise sales.

Though Banjo is also selling for $40 at day one, but Microsoft can afford to do that because they don't have ti pay royalties to themselves.

i was looking into getting it but i heard they took at all the fatalities after the fight. DC didn't want people killing off their superheroes. I'm not sure about that, you may want to look it up before buying

Only the villains have finishers. There is a cool video up of the Joker doing his finisher.

Earlier I downloaded and played the Left 4 Dead demo. I'm pretty sure I'd shell out $60 bucks to just play the demo as the game. That's how amazing it's going to be.

Tell me about it. There are only two levels in the demo, but I still can't stop playing it.

I dig it but after playing Counter Strike with the Zombie mod for many months, this really isn't all that "fresh" - feels like a late 90's FPS
I'll still be purchasing it though.

Amazon bumped it back up to $56.99. Thankfully Amazon has a price-guarantee so if you ordered it already it's still $40.

Hopefully they make that demo available to everyone after the game releases.
