Jimmy Johnson called Christian Ponder the NFL's worst QB this past season. Where do you think that team would be if A.P. was replaced by a Vick Ballard? 1-15? 2-14?

Teams will inevitably reach for a few years because of the new CBA but once they realize they ARE reaching and that these guys aren't worth their draft position, we'll see things get back to "normal", i.e., pre-2010.
Geno Smith is a FAR better prospect than ANY of those three.

Mike Mayock has said that the many scouts he's spoken to have told him that consensus.

I've read on twitter today, of someone talking to a GM who said he'd take Geno first overall.

We should start hearing some things soon. After the senior bowl, the picture normally gets a little more clear.

But since Smith and Barkley are not participating, the picture won't be much clearer.

Dude, it's ****ing January. We have no idea what or where they guys are gonna be.

I get that you don't like Geno, thats fine. I do think it's funny that you've progressed from the "he can't make reads" wait he does in that video, "it's all Tavon" wait thats actually a rushing play, "he doesn't have a high football IQ".

In the end, just gonna have to wait and see tho.

And to be honest, there are about 5 or 6 guys on CP who I'd actually rather have running my draft than quite a few Gm's.

Exactly. He cites accuracy issues for all of those 2011 guys.

Uhh... Geno has accuracy issues?

Well, I sure as hell hope so because those guys, at least to me, are typical third and fourth rounders.

Kirk Cousins was, IMO, a better prospect than both and he lasted until the 4th.

Kirk Cousins is a top-end game manager. Tannehill at least had near-elite athleticism and a lack of experience coming out. You can't even see Tannehill's ceiling standing on Kirk Cousin's...

Well, I never stated that Tannehill shouldn't have been a first rounder. As a matter of fact, I hoped that Pioli would make a move for him.
