I wonder what the Chunt's are doing tonight? Counting money they "earned" by spending short of the cap? Is Mrs. Chunt out choosing a new setting for a 38th 4-carat diamond something or other? Are they all learning how to combat the threat of a DVT on those long flights to Fiji? Is Chunt channel surfing and saying, "JFC, there's football on Thursday?!"

What I think you are getting at, is that the rule is that if you are untouched the ground can cause a fumble, but if you are being tackled then the ground can't cause the fumble.
