146-120 career record as an NFL head coach. He took a team to the Super Bowl.

Crennel:

If its between Fisher and McDaniels I'd seriously have to take McDaniels and puke my guts out. At least there is a CHANCE McDaniels could improve into a decent coach. We already know what Failsher is.
