Beckhams ability to track the football and his hands are just otherworldy. Add his speed and athleticism and his height isn't a big issue

That is not the profile of "good draft pick." Not when he was taken in Round 1, let alone first overall.

Come on now. Who are you, Matt Miller?
You are both over exaggerating

At best fisher has been average. He's nearing bust stwtus, but he's also had injury issues that have probably severely hampered his development.

Could be totally off tho
Yeah, he doesn't have the same (and crazily elite) ball skills. I think he's a better technician and is better of the line, though... and I think Cooper will be a Year 1 impact-type receiver.

He might not be as beastly as Beckham has been this year, but he's a really polished guy who should help a team from Day 1 despite not being overly big or being a true burner. I guess that's where the comparison came in for me.

I just think he's more technician than physical freak. I dunno that he has the ceiling of guys taken top 10, which is why I have doubts he gets drafted as early as some think.

Kind of the Alabama already at his ceiling kinda player.

Dorial can do all the big wr things as well as the little wr things.

If the off field stuff checks out, he'd be a great pick

My brother went to high school with Dorial at Hillcrest. To call him a troublemaker would be an understatement. He frequently skipped class, was known for bullying underclassmen, took advantage of girls due to his popularity, and showed ZERO respect to everyone around him (excluding those in his posse). He is a textbook sociopath who has demonstrated qualities that no NFL team should have to risk gambling on.

One of his teammates at Mizzou is a guy I personally graduated with and held a close friendship with. He was recently drafted in the NFL. He told me that during Dorial's freshman year, he flat out could not learn the playbook. The coaches took a ton of time out of their day to help him grasp it, but he wasn't getting there. Apparently, a lot of the plays were simplified for him to be able to run. That tells me one of three things:

1. He's stupid.
2. He's lazy
3. he's both.

Mix that in with being a thug, and you have a winner.
LOL, I've worked with a LOT of kids to help them grasp a 5th grade playbook. The odd part is that some of the kids were in the gifted program at school. It doesn't always click for some kids, and as coaches we're supposed to spend the extra time helping football players in their sport (playbook if need be), wrestlers in their sport (moves and stance if need be), and baseball players in their sport (pitching, catching, hitting).

It's normal...

Yes, and he was a great football player.

Obviously the off field stuff didn't check out, but nice hyperbole

Dez Bryant has had alot of off field issues and is about to back the brink truck up to his house.

It can be done.

They may have their flaws, but I believe 100 percent in our coaching staff if they take a troubled player

Different levels of talent and athleticism (kind of like Julio Jones vs. Jon Baldwin, unless you're Scott Pioli).
