Chiefs Tony is going to be guarded by Asomugha

Fri, 28 Nov 2008 16:31:10 -0800 The Oakland Raiders are planning to utilize CB Nnamdi Asomugha in primary coverage against Kansas City Chiefs TE Tony Gonzalez in Week 13.

I hope Tony can man-handle him. Plus, this is going to give D-Bowe a huge edge. I've never really seen a CB cover a TE. Does anyone know if this has worked well in the past? I mean, the size difference alone would be huge. Plus, Tony is used to getting hit off the line, so Asomugha can't really throw him off of his game using force.

Sad thing is he is about the only one that will probably give Tony some decent coverage. They'll more than likely double team with Asomugha and one of the LBs.

Well, considering how much Thigpen has been throwing to Tony lately, that's probably a good strategy. The only question is whether we can use it to our advantage and hit Bowe for some deep passes.

Bowe must start in all my fantasy leagues. Tough match-up for Tony G
