I'm almost 33, I remember this team winning one title, i wasn't even in kindergarten in 88.. but yet, somehow I'm the spoiled one for expecting more post season success from a program that has tons of regular season success.

Nah I like Self, best coach I've seen in my lifetime. But he should have 3-5 more championships. Just get some bad bounces, bad calls, bad games in the tournament.

3-5 is a stretch, but 2011 should have been a banner year, and we should be playing next weekend too.

And Sherron Collins was a huge part of the comeback against Memphis so I forgive him for the NIU debacle. I know bad losses are gonna happen in March Madness. Especially when you're a top seed every year. Teams like Oregon will have a horse shoe up their asses and it's season over.

Bucknell is/was just as bad of a loss..JMO.

Nobody really knew Bucknell even existed until they beat KU in 2004-05. And that may be a byproduct of being Kansas. They tend to make other teams famous because they're a cbball superpower and each loss is amplified x1000 compared to other schools, esp in March, and it's the same w/ other blue bloods.

I'm not sure people will remember the MU/Norfolk St game 10yrs from now. Could be wrong. 15/2 upsets are indeed very rare...not debating that at all.
