Finally! Coming to KC to see Chiefs/Steelers

After years of procrastinating…my wife, daughter, and I are flying from Vancouver, Canada to fulfill my bucket list wish to see the Chiefs at Arrowhead! We are stoked, and would like advice on where to eat those world class ribs, where/who we can tailgate with, good hotels to stay at, etc. After years of being on Chiefsplanet, I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible. Go Chiefs!

Cheers,

Greg

Staybridge Suites in Independence is fantastic, I've stayed there for games numerous times.

Luv's tailgate is always solid, be sure to get there early so you don't miss out on Papasmurf's jambalaya and eggs.

That's what I'm thinking. You can literally walk up to a tailgate, explain the situation and you are in. Offer up some duckets.

Thanks guys…I'm very psyched as are my wife and daughter…will explore all the aforementioned options (and after mentioned) I sure hope Berry is playing. You should have saw the war I got into with some big fat Seahawk fans when the Chiefs were playing in Seattle a couple years back. I was applauding the team running off the field and one of those fat ****s said "you can't stand there, that's my seat"…i said "the game's over asshole..Im applauding my team for kicking your team's ass"…he then put his finger in my ear!! I instantly started swinging and the security guard turned a blind eye (obviously) but me and my two other friends made them stand down when we threatened to take them outside and kick their asses. For the first time, I'll be among my fellow fans…can't wait.
