Alright. Tell me about your favorite set ups.

Im still on my first prestige. So I am in learn mode.

So far, I have realized that I suck at sniping. I bought the best sniper, but I suck with it.

Shot guns are worthless. I bought the tac 12. In team death match, there is absolutely no one shot kills. And with a pump shot gun, that sucks.

I like the Light machine guns. I stick with the LSAT. use the 3rd attachment and run the piercing rounds, silencer, and thermal.

I have used the Vektor quite a bit.

the AK 12, but the king of everyone seems to be the honey badger, or the Remington.

Any suggestions?

For perks, I always run dead silence, stalker, incog, and focus.

Use the specialty package to get extra perks.

Yeah, for the most part, the shotguns suck. The only map I attempt to use one on is Strikezone. I use the MTS-255 for that.

My favorite LMG recently has been the M27-IAR with silencer and thermal.

The sniper rifle I use (and I don't really use it very well) is the USR. I started out using the L115, but the USR has better mobility and fire rate.

For assault rifles, I switch between the AK-12 and the Honey Badger, depending on the map.

And this is the first COD I can remember where I dislike a majority of the maps. There are only a few that I enjoy playing.

Honey Badger, I'd have to check my perks but I'm all stealth mode. I stick an I.E.D. on my class as well. Not to camp, but I just toss it down in random locations where I know people will likely be running through at some point once I've worked around to the other side of the map. Usually gets me a few kills each round.

Really enjoying the new maps, and weapons. On the map fog you can run around as Michael Myers of the Halloween game. New weapon is pretty sweet as well. Ironically , it's named Maverick.

Yeah, they are easy to kill. Especially if you are one of those people with high sensitivity on the controller.




And wow, the new AR is amazing. Sick.

Hell the new sniper version is also good once you get use to that awful recoil. But being a ohk at anything above the waist is sickening. I hate the normal scope though. I cannot see the dot on most maps as it is orange, might have to try colorblind assist.

I do not like the new maps. too cramped. Is the map with the earth mover a reskin?

All the sniper guns are great.

shit if you have good latency all weapons are good.

AK, good all around, cqc
HB, cqc
2010, good all around
msbs, still good
shit all the ARs are good

smg:
vektor, great
mtar, great
bison, good
people complain about smgs being sucky, but really they are not. it is just harder to run n gun. still possible though.

LMG:
I think they all server their purpose. only one I am still getting use to is the chain saw. I do not have the connection for it.

marksmen:
I suck with them, lose to SR due to ohk. and lose to AR from rof.

shotguns:
bulldog and 255 are great for run n gun

I hardscope mostly, but sometimes I have no choice to quickscope. You have to, it is too easy in the game.

As for perks, I use most of them depending on the game type and who I am going up against. Each prestige I mainly use a different class all the way though.

You will get tons of squad points by the second prestige. I was sitting 400 of them. I unlock the ones I know I will use a lot that are above lvl 30. The rest I earn. Use your points on just the guns and you will save a ton until you get a better idea of what you like.

Trolling classes, sniper plus panzer and c4. or shield with c4 and semtek launcher.

Getting so angry with this game. Having to use the sniper with that chrome barrel attachment to get my Ghillie suit which is a clear disadvantage to those without, im an awful sniper to begin with. Im an okay quick scoper, but shooting a sniper with no predictable spawns, is like shooting a Bazooka.


The kick is like watching a 5 year old fire a 12 gauge.

And it kicks so bad that I miss far too often.

Anyone ever used the Kontrol Freeks?

Seems they are good for helping snipers. Anyone know of anything like that?

I have a set that I got a long time ago that I still use. Well, I only use one on the right stick...don't like it on the left for some reason. I definitely helps with aiming though. You can be more precise. Although, if you use the tactical button/stick layout, it will increase your time to the melee button.
