All he's ever really done "disrespectful" in his career is hit a lot of HRs and pimp/bat flip a few of them while doing it. He's far from the first person to do so in MLB and is part of a greater shift towards more celebrations in the sport altogether. In fact, the current NL MVP Bryce Harper is an even bigger proponent of that kind of behavior than he is (do you hate him too?). Some old-school guys take issue with the bat flips and the celebrations, I guess, and it seems you are one of them.

I do not actually. Celebrations are fine. Bryce Harper is a legit pimp. It's Bautista's constant talking during games, yapping at umpires, complaining about balls/strikes every game and his media comments that leave me wanting him not to be a douche. And then his slide today was pretty great, although the Rangers had that coming after hitting him I suppose. No real issue with the HBP or slide today. I just laugh at how tough he says he is but he didn't even get a punch in and was snuggling with Beltre instead. He's just that, all talk and no action.

Bryce Harper does all of those things and to an even higher degree than Bautista. He even got suspended just the other day for swearing at an umpire. If you hate Bautista, you should definitely not like Bryce either.

As lewdog already mentioned, the bat flip is the least of his flaws. He's just a douche, man. He throws tantrums about every single strike that is ever called on him. He continues jabbering on about it for five or ten minutes from the dugout. He throws his teammates under the bus.
