Washington TE says......

Husky TE ASJ, after the Huskies 31-16 win over BYU in the Fight Hunger Bowl, said he has played his last game as a Husky. I know a lot of people here want a high impact TE and he could be available in the mid to late first round.

I'm pretty good with Kelce, Fasano and McGrath going into 2014, especially considering that our WR's, OG's and FS have been poop for most of the year and we'll be in the position to get at least one of those positions with a quality prospect in the first round.

I wouldn't think that TE is high on the Chiefs wish list at this point.

I do not disagree at all with what you say but I have not seen enough of Kelce to know how he will turn out but I am hopeful. ASJ is a good player but has had some off the field issues. I also think going to a 2 TE set or 1 split in the slot and having TE's putting pressure on the under routes and down the middle, with our current QB and receiver situation, does interest me.

We don't know shit about Kelce. He could suck AIDS. Hell, he pretty much did suck AIDS when we watched him in preseason last year.

If he actually turns out to be good, then ****ing awesome. We have that potent 1-2 punch at TE that so many teams like Cincinnati and New England strive to have.

If he doesn't, then we went out and found a TE better and more sturdy than Anthony Fasano.

Fasano isn't the future. Hell, as far as I'm concerned, he's not even the ****ing present.

We need a TE. Alex needs a TE. Reid needs a TE.

I don't think we do. Kelce, Fasano and McGrath is a pretty solid tight end group, IMO.

Now, if you are hell bent on getting a tight end, I'd suggest looking at Fresno State's Marcel Jensen. Dude is huge, extremely athletic and works exceptionally well in both the pass and run. However, the Bulldogs went to a spread system (which partially explains Derek Carr's elevated numbers and production this year - buyer beware as I don't think he's nearly as good a prospect as his older brother was) and the TE position has fallen by the wayside. However, Jensen is a stud and is basically the same guy as Seferian-Jenkins in both size and athleticism and he could be available in that 3/4/5 round area.

If ASJ gets his head straight, he could be elite. He's got a killer skill set.

You know, I've been thinking about this and I wonder how much money it's going to take to get Dennis Pitta on the free agency market. Graham is going to get the lions share of the attention, but Pitta is a stud who would be absolutely perfect for this offense.

I wonder if they can afford both Jairus Byrd and Dennis Pitta.

Man, that would definitely shore up two major concerns for this team.

Graham is a pipe dream. Hes not going anywhere.

Also, Pitta isn't going anywhere. Joe Flacco wont allow it, nor should he.

Besides, this draft is so ridiculously deep at TE, overpaying for one, when you can just draft one is counter productive.
