Go on record. Who do we draft in RD 1

Im liking Trent Richardson alot. I wonder if Pioli will invest in this position with an early draft pick (never saw him do it in new england if I recall)

Dontari Poe?

I think several that have been talked about will indeed be gone before our turn...but I'd take DeCastro or Richardson...but I'd prefer we trade out of the first round and take Weeden in the second and sign some FA's.

I'd betcha a bag of doughnuts that Tannehill will simply fall right to us at 11, and we won't have to trade up to get him.
I'm just throwing the report out there.

Apparently Fisher thinks his team is completely devoid of talent.

If we want Tannehill....then we need to hope that Miami signs Flynn.....and that Seattle doesn't trade up for him.

since a lot of folks say 'trade down'.....and it takes two to tango, who are the likely teams to trade down with?

I can only see Philly or Arizona. Maybe the Lions if a tackle the love is at our spot.

I have never been more confident about someone busting than I am about Tannehill.

On a sidenote, man I wish Russell Wilson was about 4-6 inches taller...

Tannehill is interesting and all that, but we're really stretching to paint him as a first-rounder, and there's nothing I want more than to draft/develop our own guy.

I think Pioli knows that he could be on the hotseat if things don't turn around quickly. No way he invests in a project player like Tannehill.

Hard to say right now before FA. I would think a top tackle or Poe in the draft but maybe we get those guys in FA.

If so? BPA

i think pioli's #1 hope is trading down

my only other clue is that he isn't drafting a ****ing guard at #11...

I am leaning towards this as well. We are out of the running to Luck or RGIII, Manning hates, and Tannehill is a reach.

Fix the line this year, draft a QB next year.

The value of quarterbacks has skyrocketed in the past few years. Now, with the rookie wage scale, a guy that would have fallen to the third round a few years back is going to be drafted in the first round.

Everyone realizes now that, until you have the QB, you really have nothing.
