I'd be interested to go back and look at this over the course of the season.
Hope you do. Keep us posted.

And that's not to say he can't complete passes one on one. I just think that man coverage exposes Smith's biggest weaknesses. His accuracy on the edges. His hesitation to put a ball on a spot instead of on an open receiver.
Well now you're talking about timed routes as opposed to throwing a person open or throwing to the open man. Not saying you're wrong...but are you specifically identifying or limiting your observation to timed routes?

Kinda like Trent Greens first year in KC...

Man coverage kills our WR's, especially guys like Dimebag who cant get separation to save his life...

People say this, but JSP has a point.

When the ball is delivered late, it's going to look like the WR can't get separation.

Teams playing press/trail have been giving us issues all year. It may not be 100% on Alex, it depends on the routes being called because a lot of them you do not want to throw vs trail.

Rough game for Alex and the whole team, everyone played like crap. Was Dwayne Bowe high or something? The only only NFL WR that I've seen have a ball bounce off his chest was Heyward-Bey in Oakland. Ugly.

The morAn's in here celebrating this loss are not true Chiefs fans.

Alex played with zero heart yesterday- he is a quitter- and that is all I need to see. When we are getting are asses kicked and he is just sitting under his coat acting like he wants to go home- he will never win the big one in KC.
