'kay, so... If we sign Sanders...

... and we STILL go WR in the first, who's the most complementary, assuming Bowe and Sanders are starting?
- Beckham?
- Lee?
- Cooks?
- Evans?

We will have:
- Bowe
- Sanders
- Avery (might get cut)
- Hemmingway (or he might get cut)
- Jenkins (likely stays)
- Dressler (may not even make the team)

It has a lot to do with the system as well.

Watch UCLA play. Filo is really a good player. He's got better mobility and hands than DeCastro. DeCastro looks really good on the highlights because he's going dumptruck on the D-line all game long. Just straight lining bitches and because he's enormous and strong, he's doing it well. He's a power scheme dude through and through.

Filo gives you a lot of flexibility in a system because he can do both very well. If you want a recent comparison, I think that Filo is more like Jonathan Cooper versus DeCastro.

Now, personally, I think that Gabe Jackson is going to end up being the best guard out of this class. Remember Kentucky's Larry Warford who got drafted by the Lions in 2013? Jackson is similar, but better.

Man, I'd love to have that second rounder for a guy like Jackson.

I'm sorry, but that's total bullshit. DeCastro pulled and moved into space regularly. Stanford ran the ball off both tackles, up the gut and through the A and B gaps. It's a pro offense. And DeCastro was the leading man at least 80% of the time to great effect. He was ri-goddamn-diculous.

I'm not arguing Su'a-Filo is a great prospect, but I'm not going to forget probably the most impressive guard prospect I've ever seen.

Hey, don't get mad at me. I was one of the guys advocating DeCastro as our pick that year knowing that guys like Starlite Lotulelei were in the following draft. (He, Kuechly or Brockers were the guys I most liked for the Chiefs that year.)

I'm just saying that Filo fits what Reid runs really, really well and I wouldn't be shocked if he was the pick.

And Filo would easily be plug and play.
