SOC needing more attention on themselves which is completely predictable.

The Jags suck.

The Chiefs beat an inferior team.

Who gives a shit. We've been mired in inferior football for years. We dominated a team we should have dominated whereas in years past we would have either lost or won on a last second field goal all while playing down to the level of our competition.

The idea of flying a banner at the home game was to simply say "Thanks Clark....The Fans Appreciate The Change" for re-molding the team, hiring a good GM, a good HC and getting a starting QB in here that can actually put his hat on properly.

I don't understand the skepticism and negativity. sure we have work to do but it's correctable stuff.

Zach, not really but then again you've been asshole about SOC from Day 1 so I expect it.

There is absolutely no reason for SOC to do shit at this point.

there is no need to draw attention to SOC....just would be polite for a thank you. That's it. It's that simple. But, the tribe has spoken. Onto other things more important.

I'm fairly jaded, but the bolded part could be said about 2009, too... and I've never really seen the moves in this past offseason as proof that Clark wants to win. When a team wins 2 games, fans are flying banners over the stadium, and a player shoots himself in front of the GM and HC, there are clearly financial reasons for flushing the turd of a season. At this point it would just feel like thanking someone for doing their job.

I like the idea of waiting for a home playoff game... even if it's a 2010 kind of season and they don't really stand a chance of doing anything, at least at that point we know they're much, much improved from a year ago. Right now we know they're better than the worst team in the league.

If anything, the banner should say "For a good time, call Bearcat ###-###-####"

Seriously though, I've watched a lot of football, and beating shitty teams just doesn't do it for me any longer. I guess that makes me cynical, or just realistic... I'm glad they're no longer the worst team in the NFL, but given that they last won a playoff game when I was 12 years old, I'm not getting over excited just to see another rise to mediocrity.
You mean, as a fellow Jayhawk fan, you didn't beat off to seeing the Hawks throw a touchdown pass to a real life receiver yesterday. You, sir, are a liar and I do not respect your opinion.

I was already beating off for unrelated reasons, but caught the replay as I was rounding 3rd.
