Jamaal's knee is only at 80%? That's worrisome.

Now...does that mean that he'll only get 80% of his YPC in 2010? What would that be, around 5.1?

All kidding aside, that's why we got Hillis and Gray. I think they're hedging their bets that JC won't be what he was before. Remember Johnson after the high ankle sprain or whatever? Priest after his injuries? You can't really believe anything he or the team says about his injury until you see him in live action.

I think it is precaution by the Chiefs. Don't want to push these guys to fast and risk set backs. Having them 100% for Training Camp is what is important.

They are all vets. They don't need mini camp. They'll probably be limited in camp. They may even be limited the first few games of the season. Who knows.
