I love Chili, but I HATE kidney beans. They seem to be a popular choice around here. Some dipshits around here ask me what I use instead of kidney, I say, "Hmmm, I don't know, maybe CHILI BEANS!"

Carne guisada can be made with beef cubes or ground beef. The ground version makes a kick ass soft taco.
