Weirdest connection since David Cross and Amber Tamblyn. EDIT: Looking it up, looks like they've been an item for a while, as in he's the reason Cobie had to act with loose blouses and big handbags a few years back.

He's a really sweet guy, actually. I've never really hung out with her or met her. She's been at a lot of groundlings shows/functions that I was at, but never actually talked to her. He's hilarious though. Last edited by saphojunkie; 09-11-2012 at 06:00 PM.. |

Met a couple...
I was coming home from Viet Nam on emergency leave (My father had passed) and when I landed at SF, my connecting flight was full and didn't have much hope. The Captain told the passengers of my problem and asked if anyone would give up their seat. Edward G. Robinson gave me his seat (first class) AND his home telephone number in LA. He wanted me to let him know that I made it back in time. what a fine human! Over the years I met Ron Howard, Jay North (Dennis the menace), and Derrick Thomas. Still have a signed jersey and a mini-helmet. |

My grandparents lived with Johnny Cash and June. Basically, they built a huge house in Branson, and when Johnny opened his theater there, they lived with my Grandparents.
Even as a kid, I knew that was badass. What I wouldn't give to go back and have my adult mind when I talked to him. |

Geez these are some lists.
I shook hands with Mickael Gorbachev (sp?) once when he visited IU for a talk back in the mid-90's. I was coming out of the student union early in the morning after getting some coffee and he steps out of a limo with two security guys. Couple of us students walked up and shook hands. Didn't really say anything, but he was polite. Pretty cool to shake the hands someone who could have destroyed all of mankind if he so inclined.
