Keeper suggestions

I have to pick a keeper from this group.

My 3 options are:

McFadden, Miles Austin, Tony Romo.

It's a PPR and not a lot of QBs are being kept.

I'm leaning Miles, what say you?

Choice isn't even 100% to make the team.

Felix Jones has looked good, but the jury is still out on him. After all, it is "just" pre-season.

Yeah....but realistically who is going to steal touches from him? Bradshaw has Jacobs....who Coughlin has already stated will share carries with Bradshaw. I don't see Bradshaw repeating his performance from last season.

When Demarco Murray and Tashard Choice are healthy, they'll take 40-50% of the workload in the running game.

The thing about Bradshaw/Jacobs, is that without injury, Jacobs isn't going to see the rock much. It happened last year. Granted Jacobs made a mountain out of a mole hill with the carries he was given, I don't see that changing anything this year, after all his carries dropped significantly in the last few games of the season.

Jacobs didn't have a single game with 15 or more carries, and Bradshaw had only 4 of his 16 games below 15 carries.

I see a heavy dose of Bradshaw/Jacobs this year as the Giants try to run the ball as much or more than they did last year (they were a top 5-10 rushing team iirc)

Felix Jones is going to be a beast this year. He's looked amazing in the preseason, and Choice and Murray are not at all threats to take significant carries away. He's completely healthy this year and will go off.

Quick stat that I stole:

When Felix Jones gets 17 touches in a game, he averages over 100 yards.

When Wade Phillips was the HC, Jones averaged 13 touches a game.

When Jason Garrett was the HC, Jones averaged 17 touches a game.

Where do you pick at in the first round?
I am waffling more on my keepers. I'd locked in these three a couple weeks ago, but now with Peyton being possibly having a slower start when he does manage to get healthy, I am wondering about going with MJD, Nicks, and DeSean Jackson. That, or seeing if anyone in the league might want to trade me for Peyton to get some top player that would be even better than DeSean.

Autodraft is this Sunday, so I have a few days to think on it still. Also keeping tabs on how Peyton is progressing now that he is off PuP.

Example trade attempt I am thinking about, is Peyton and DeSean for Ray Rice. Her team is pretty threadbare, with Rice and Roddy White being the only two keepers I see. If I can get that trade, then I can keep MJD, Rice, and Nicks and have 3 players in or close to 1st rounders.

Really?

Offensively I think they'll be a top 5 team.

In order to be a top 5 team offensively, you have to convert on 3rd downs and play solid defense.

Dallas won't be top 5 this year, they'll be middle of the pack or slightly above average in the 12ish range.

Sweet. I went for the trade route, and this morning landed a trade to move Peyton and DeSean Jackson in exchance for Charles. So now my keepers will be MJD, Charles, and Nicks.

Don't keep Nicks. Eli looks horrible. Keep Manning, Bryant, and your choice on last one. I'd probably go MoJo, since everyone else will be keeping their top tier running backs.

Honestly, Jacobs WILL be taking all the goal line carries. That alone, I wouldn't keep Bradshaw. But he does get catches, so for PPR, I'd go with Bradshaw. Then again F. Jones will get catches as well, so don't know.
