He should have done this months ago. It won't make much of a difference however because Gibbs is HORRIBLE. They couldn't wait to get rid of him in New Orleans...

The defense shut Baltimore down in the first half. The offense was responsible for a 17-point swing in the game. Can't blame the defense if the offense continually loses the ball in the other team's red zone.

The defense will improve with better coaching.
