Luz,

As you state, nothing non-expected. I guess, that I will have to wait another week to see Sheehee on the list.

I also feel very confident that Hall will make the team.

Do we have any draft picks that are in danger of being cut? Who was #7? Kitchens(sp)? We need DBs...

I still think we'll pick up another WR and DB before the season starts.

wishing there was a good project qb out there so we could release both white and collins...

A DB should be our primary concern. Either Dishman simply knows he has made the roster and doesn't care to put out effort, or he stinks. Whichever I would love to put a fire under his butt.

As far as the QB situation. Who would have thought a year ago that people would be saying, "I sure hope that Grbac isn't injured this year."?

First cuts are usually bland. I second the waiting for Shehee, also hoping for Gray. Any more word on L O'Neil and retirement?

I don't think that gets us down to 71 does it? So there may be a few more later today. I posted over on the other one, I am interested in what SF does with both their rookies, Camizaro (sp) and Rattay. Also, would like to see Volek of Tennessee on the waiver wire. However, I think Volek has beaten out Daft for their 3rd QB. All of the above are rookies. Doubt if anyone other than Druckenmiller, is out there for our #2.

I really though Eric King would make it. What was his sin? Anybody remember?

kcred,

Carmazzi (@SF) looked totally lost in the preseason game I saw. He hasn't impressed at all, after Bill Walsh claimed him to be his best 'find' since Montana (but he said that about Garcia last season). Rattay has totally outplayed him and will surely be kept. I doubt they'll keep Carmazzi, but he wouldn't solve any of our problems from what I have seen.

The Lions are reportedly looking at Druckenmiller to replace Tomczak.

Cormac - That is the same thing I saw in the two games I watched. I was hoping the ego thing with Walsh would kick in, and they would release Rattay. You know, 3rd rounder, and such. They can probably sneak Carmazzi, through waivers for the practice squad, but I doubt it about Rattay.<P>
