The bars I frequented didn't charge an even dollar amount for ANY drink. It was always 2.50 or 2.75.

This bar is a complete dive BUT the owner is a good friend and a top notch guy so it's my "Arlington bar."

If you aren't looking to pick up chicks and you want cheap drinks... it works. If you want chicks, another buddy of mine (from high school) owns a bar in the same parking lot. That bar is slightly higher prices and has "fancy" beers and brings in the hipsters and young girls. Huge deck out back as well. it did 10 years ago when I used to frequent bars. I don't much anymore. I go to the local sports bar now that is more of a sports restaurant. Everyone pays and tips at the end of the night.

Yea, I'm just giving you shit. The Midwest is incredibly cheaper than DFW especially in terms of bars.

I only have 2 regular bars anymore and they start tabs for me without a card and I pay cash at the end of the night.
