Overland Parkians: A Question
Do any of you know what the 'facility' on the south side of College Boulevard in between Lamar and Roe is? It is surrounded by razor wire and appears to be a just a large concrete slab.

It's been there a long time. I used to ride by it way back when, when College didn't have any traffic on it.
