Hearts of Iron III
I know that Rain Main had several discussions with me on Hearts of Iron games and all, and not sure if there are some people in here who are into grand strategy games, but Paradox Interactive is going to be releasing Hearts of Iron III on Q3, 2009.

The Hearts of Iron series has become renowned for beingthe biggest, most detailed and complete strategic game series on World War 2 ever made. Hearts of Iron 3 will follow that tradition closely while focusing on satisfying veteran players through a multitude of brand new features and systems, including a huge map with more than 10,000 provinces.

I'm a big fan of Paradox. I prefer EU to HOI, but I'm definitely going to buy this over Gamersgate next year. I'm interested to see how they use the new EU3 engine to improve on HOI2.

Someone recommended HOI2 to me on this forum. One of the best wargames I've ever played.

Hearts of Iron 3 was released on Aug. 4th. I will be picking this game up at some point next weekend.

It looks to be pretty time consuming.
