You guys are reaching for stuff to criticize about. These are just clips of small talk. No more, no less. I don't know how that clip can be confused for hot air.

It sure does go against the idea pitched around, though, that he shows no emotion on the sidelines. That's for sure.

Every second during an NFL game is critical time. It should not be wasted.

Yet Herm is walking around uttering great strategy tips like "We gotta run it some and pass it some."

Based on everything we know about the guy - 14-999 record since 2005 or whatever, terrible X's and O's coach, has a history of saying dumb things - the video doesn't exactly inspire confidence, y'know?
