VARSITY
Carolina vs. the Squealers

Why the hell would NFL Network have picked this game even at the beginning of the season? What a dog of a game.

Okay so I finally turn on this stream and the first thing I see is CJ2k running all over the place in a video game. NOT a good sign.

The Giants had John Fox as DC in 199- something to 2001

I like Fewell -- Coughlin ordered the prevent defense in the last seconds of the Eagles game not Perry.

Coughlin is going to collapse himself out of a job... Tom is famous for games like this.

I know. Do you think he'd be a good fit for the Giants if Fewell leaves?

Don't despair. The Panthers can come back from this and make it a game in the second half.

Okay, everyone stop laughing now, and go put your time to more productive uses (like porn surfing).

Now I remember why I haven't cared about not having NFLN for the past few years, all their games suck ass.

Here's a history of Coughlin's brutal Decembers.

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/fo...ough_for_.html

The Press is going to run Tim right out of town.

Belichick available? How about a second go around?

Bill Cowher? Is he good? It is not everyday an ex-coach releases to the press, his choice of teams to coach. Pretty ballsy. right?

You're gonna need it in a couple years though. Just think of how good the Chiefs will be by then, we'll have the most lopsided matchup on a weekly basis!

It's amazing that some idiots on this board wanted to draft AND IMMEDIATELY START Jimmy Clausen. He is sooooo far from being ready to play in the NFL it's ridiculous.

I remember the ESPN article talking about Clausen being way further along than Bradford, and how NFL ready he was. What a joke. I'll take Cassel all day every day.

Yeah okay, say that again after he makes this comeback victory to keep the Chiefs bye week hopes alive.

Seriously though, as already mentioned in this thread, Cassel is Jesus.

The first part was sarcasm, I was completely joking. The 2nd part I was agreeing with you that Cassel is the man.
