But it wouldn't be right. And it wouldn't help at all to profile you in that manner. Just like you should not be profiled upon your character by what your friends do or don't do.

I was dressed like a teenager dressed at that time which would have been irrelevant in the red light ticket because the windows on my vehicle were tinted.

Channel 5 (local CBS affiliate) reporter Emily Rittman has asked formally for the IPD's policy regarding use of tasers. IPD said "it's too lengthy". Channel 5 asked other metro area PD's for their policy and all willingly handed them over.

I don't think IPD is hiding anything, but why not just turn it over?
