Hiro's dad is not going to die. George T. is a somewhat regular on Howard Stern & he mentioned how much he is working on the show etc. as it was filming.

Howard mentioned this again after the episode aired.

Unless he comes back as "flashbacks"??

Just a thought, but it WAY too early to believe it: Hiro's father is the "dragon". The paintings don't have to be literal, I mean Peter doesn't actually sprout wings like he is portrayed in his painting. We know he is a master swordsman, and the hooded figure could be the swordsmith's daughter, coming to exact her revenge for Kensei cutting out his own heart.

Probably not true, but hey, it is a thought.

Agree, I am kinda hoping they pit the old heroes vs. the new ones in a battle royal at the end and Hiro comes in to turn the tide..

Somehow her and her twin have to be together so her power does not get out of control(Like maybe being a twin was an accident).. Me thinks we will later learn he has something that can heal..
