Who impressed you tonight?

Albert Wilson looks like a nice player.

Deanthony Thomas was great in the return game.

Travis Kelce looks like a good tight end.

Jay Howard played well. Looks like theres depth on the d-line.

The Canadian played great at guard.

The most impressive was the secondary. They were burnt all night.

Kelce's touchdown was encouraging too.
Yeah that RAC from Kelce was encouraging to see, but I'm not sold yet because of his injury history and the fact that could have been a pure product of a shit secondary.

He'll make some linemen jump during the regular season, I'm certain of that.

Still doesn't negate the fact that quarterbacks can make passes in under 3 seconds. Having Derrick Thomas along with Deacon Jones rushing the passer along with Hali and Houston won't make a difference if that's the routine.

Thomas and Kelce

Then again, I only got to see the highlights. I take it from the stats that our defense looked like ass and our offense looked like balls when it was 1v1's?

Kelce's touchdown was encouraging too.
Toub compared him to Hester in an interview at Training Camp.

I know it's only Week 1 of the preseason in his first year, but is it too early to start making Thomas' Hall of Fame bust?

Kush is better than Hudson hope there is a change in the depth chart when season opens.

QB's looked like crap for the most part. I will say Smith didn't have much of a chance the way they were going right through Hudson.

Where was Hemingway?

Corner's yikes we surely will add a guy wont we?

Toub we can kiss goodbye after this season. Someone will make him the next Crash Gantz next year. Lots of respect for that dude. Convincing Dorsey and Reid to kick McFalldown to the curb and get me a guy we can do better.

Albert Wilson looked good.

DAT looked good.

Kelce looked good.

Harris looked pretty good as well, though it was against the 3s.

Malcolm Bronson looked pretty solid.

The left side of our OL is much better at run blocking than the right side.

Eric Fisher did OK, about as good as you would expect for the first game of a guy who is coming back from shoulder surgery and has had limited snaps/contact in camp so far. I expect him to get better and be solid by the time the season actually starts.

We're in huge trouble if either of our starting OTs go down.

Sean Smith >>> Ron Parker

Phillip Gaines looked pretty good until he got toasted on a post corner route. He looks very raw right now, great physical ability but lacks sufficient technique to take advantage of his physical talent at this point.
