I have come to a conclusion for the rest of the Chief's games this season...
I don't think there is a single outcome of any Chiefs game that would suprise me this year.

The Chiefs getting blown out
The Chiefs losing a close one
The Chiefs winning a close one
The Chiefs winning a blow out

I would not be suprised by any of these outcomes today and for the rest of the year against any team. It is a strange feeling.

maybe Christmas Day will be a major turning point...I expect Lamar will be humiliated that day...a nationally televised game between 2 teams out of it...there will be several empty seats...the NBA on ABC should get higher ratings than this game...Lamar will be severly humiliated and maybe THEN he will decide to do something.

Lamar should have been humiliated last year when Tags called out our pathetic defense, but it didn't change a damn thing with our defense.

I would not count on that. Both teams may be out of it, but the KC Oakland rivalry tends to produce some pretty entertaining football. That is, after all, why it is a rivalry.
