I would NOT be surprised to see Tennessee beat the Ravens. I'm not calling my shot, I'm not predicting it, but I can totally see it happening. I would literally rather play the Ravens than the Titans. I think Lamar is one dimensional and as a PASSING QB Tannehill is better. And Derrick Henry is a ****ing beast. |

I SERIOUSLY doubt that. Compare: If Logan Ryan catches the FIRST pick 6, then the Titans beat the Patriots by two touchdowns at home. We beat them by less. Tennessee scored 30 points per game after Tannehill took over a 2-4 team. Derrick Henry led the league in rushing. He's a mack truck, a modern day Earl Campbell. That is NOT a typical 9-7 team. |

Tennessee is 8-3 since Tannehill took over. They’re better than the Texans.
If they had played the whole year with him, they would have won the South. |

It is because of our lack of physicality in the trenches that teams can run on us and have turned Pat into a "check down Sally" this season. When you can't run block or pass block against very physical teams this is what happens. Their defenses can play back and take away the big deep pass threat because they are very physical up front. Pat doesn't get time to make the big throws downfield near as much and when we a need to "Marty Run" to keep the defense honest, we can't do it. Likewise the other team we have beaten 2x in our house and will be motivated to get that "monkey of their back" especially in our house knowing they could go to the SB. I don't like any of these matchups but if I had to choose I will take the Ravens because of history and Spags scheming of alternating spies on Lamar and Mahomes taking it out on Peters is another. I don't want anything to do with the Titans at this point. I have bitched and bitched and bitched about our 'lack of physicality' along our o and d lines since Andy has gotten here. As much as I want to see us win there is a very good chance that "chicken will have come home to roost". Yes our defense has gotten much better but they still are not near Derrick Henry proof. Just saying. |

Yeah, I’m not so sure about that. Titans are playing pretty well right now, can run the ball, and play good disciplined rush D. If the Titans can control the ball, this will be a game.

Ravens probably win but they are teams that couple beat each other up a bit so it wouldn't be bad to have the Ravens banged up a little since they've essentially had 2 weeks off to get healthy. A few bumps and bruises on either team before we play them would help us.
If we play the Titans, it'll be in Arrowhead so that would help. Playing Baltimore, you basically stack up against the run and force Lamar to throw. He likely makes a mistake at some point. There should have been multiple picks when they played us with some of those ducks that got thrown up. Playing the Titans, they can run Henry or pass with Tannehill. A more balanced team that's a little tougher to game plan against but not as good overall as Baltimore. Damn it, I don't want to look past the Texans too much. Let's kick the crap out of them and then we can deal with whoever is left.

FWIW — Jeff Allen has been on a roll predicting NFL stuff all year on twitter and said that Tennessee will beat Baltimore.
