Beards...who trims yours?

Myself.

But I feel it has gotten to a length that needs more attention than what I can handle looking in the mirror and trimming. Symmetry can be a bitch!

Anyway, like many bearded wonders on here, I am
Very picky about the care of my beard. I’ve reached out to Tyler but he hasn’t returned my calls since he left town. Asshole. Anyway, if you go somewhere for routine maintenance and trimming of your neck scarf....where do you go? Snip n clips is not an option.

I hated it as a kid in gym i would sweat just shooting baskets in the gym my hair wet and dripping silver dollar sized sweat bullets. Funny though the beard didnt bother me but the grey sucks because it looks like a skunk with a silver stripe right down the middle chin. I am clean shaven now but debating on setting the whiskers free.
Is it cooler , in your opinion, to keep the lower beard trimmed during the summer....

Maybe.

I mean a full bic job in the shower takes less than one minute. Probably about 30 seconds on average for me. As long as the lubricating strip works I don't even need shave gel if I just wait until my face is nice and soft from the warm water.

Probably the same amount of time you spend washing your beard. I hope you wash it. I always wash when I have one.

The hassle of a beard is what this thread is about. Trimming, lubing, cleaning... A lot of guys, for whatever reason, enjoy this hassle. The longer the beard, the bigger the hassle.

My wife hates the beard too. Part of the reason I keep growing it out. LOL

I have a full beard and trim it myself. I keep it short and neat. While I would pretty much have no choice to do that with my job, even if I could, when it grows out too much the hair under my chin starts to grow out sideways. I have no idea how long it would have to get until that corrected.
